  2. We also accept personal checks and money orders. However, your order can not be processed until the check is cleared. It could take extra days to receive your order from the date of purchase.

Shipping

Most of our products are shipped via UPS ground. The shipping costs are calculated by pound. It takes about 12 to 14 business days from the date of purchase to the delivery. Holiday seasons may take longer. Heavy-Gauge items usually take 3 to 4 weeks. For the barbecue trailers, and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska , please contact us to confirm the shipping costs. Grills and smokers cannot be shipped internationally at this time.



Return Policy

We value our relationship with our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival before the carrier leaves, to make sure you have received the correct item and check for any visible damage.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, we will credit you for the total purchase price, less shipping. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us immediately and we will send you the correct item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Returns after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Rejected Deliveries and Shipments All rejected shipments or deliveries will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product, and the total shipping charges (shipping the product to you and back to us)

How to Return: Please contact customer service at 1-401-885-1152 or email us at order@grillbravo.com for instruction, and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You must obtain a RMA number in order to return the product. An exchange, replacement or refund cannot be issued unless you have a Return Authorization Number. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for exchanges or replacements. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. On credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.
